What a designated partner does.
Under India's Limited Liability Partnership Act, every LLP appoints designated partners. They are the people answerable for the firm's day-to-day management and for making sure its statutory filings and compliance obligations are met on time.
At Qavro that responsibility sits with Rommel Chowdhury, Neha Roy and Alpana Chowdhury — providing the group with a clear line of ownership while each business keeps the freedom to build its own identity.
